Look in your spam folder. This might be called “Junk,” “Junk Folder,” or “Spam,” or “Promotions” in Gmail. Use your email’s “search” box and hunt for “contact@playwith.education.”

Sometimes, it REALLY isn’t there! Maybe the junk folder was emptied before you had a chance to check it. Or, your email automatically deletes spam without putting it in the spam folder. It’s ok, all hope isn’t lost!

You can use your email address to “recover your password”! Before you click that link, make sure to “whitelist” or “allow” emails from contact@playwith.education. If you can’t find that option in your email’s settings, try adding our email address to your contact list. That usually solves it!
