Look in your spam folder. This might be called “Junk,” “Junk Folder,” or “Spam,” or “Promotions” in Gmail. Use your email’s “search” box and hunt for “email@example.com.”
Sometimes, it REALLY isn’t there! Maybe the junk folder was emptied before you had a chance to check it. Or, your email automatically deletes spam without putting it in the spam folder. It’s ok, all hope isn’t lost!
You can use your email address to “recover your password”! Before you click that link, make sure to “whitelist” or “allow” emails from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you can’t find that option in your email’s settings, try adding our email address to your contact list. That usually solves it!
If you still experience a problem with the website, call us or use the form in the Contact tab to request “Technical Support.”
You can also reach to us by using our LIVE CHAT option!
No worries! You can use the password recovery function from here or from the My Account page any time. Again, make sure your email client accepts email from email@example.com. When you reset your password, our website will send you an automatic email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t find it, check your junk or spam folders.
This one’s easy, too! If you remember your email or your username, you can sign in from the tab: MyAccount. If you need to reset your password, complete steps for lost password recovery. Again, make sure your email client accepts email from firstname.lastname@example.org. When you reset your password, our website will send you an automatic email with a link. If you don’t find it, check your junk or spam folders.
